Selection of candidates for free education.

PREREQUISITES:

The prerequisites for selecting candidates for training at the "Ghosts of Ukraine" training center include the following requirements and criteria:

1. The candidate's age must be within the range of 18-35 years.

2. The candidate must have a higher or secondary education.

3. The candidate must have experience working in the military field or with relevant technical skills.

4. The candidate must pass a test that includes physical exercises, testing knowledge of military equipment and technologies, testing for the ability to handle stressful situations and make decisions.

5. The candidate must have a relevant medical certificate and be physically and psychologically prepared for training.

6. The number of free training slots is limited, so priority is given to candidates with the best test results.

According to these requirements, candidates will be selected on a competitive basis. Those who meet the requirements and show the best results during testing will have the opportunity to receive free training at the "Ghosts of Ukraine" center.

ABOUT SELECTION:

The selection process for candidates to study at the "Ghosts of Ukraine" training center is carried out on a competitive basis and involves several stages.

First of all, the candidate must be a Ukrainian citizen and at least 18 years old. It is also necessary to undergo a medical examination and have high physical and psychological endurance.

The second stage is the completion of tests that assess the overall level of knowledge in military and tactical training, physical fitness, and other important skills and abilities required for the courses.

The third stage involves special military tests that include testing in combat training, marches, safety techniques, military shooting, and other indicators that assess the candidate's ability to perform official duties.

Only the best candidates who have passed all stages of the selection process are given the opportunity to study at the "Ghosts of Ukraine" training center for free and receive professional military training at a high level.

Depending on the volume of selection and the number of candidates, the schedule for selection may vary.

Day 1:

9:00-10:00 - Registration and introductory remarks from the "Ghosts of Ukraine" team

10:00-11:00 - Physical exercises and testing for physical readiness

11:00-12:00 - Break

12:00-13:00 - Testing for knowledge of general principles of military training

13:00-14:00 - Lunch

14:00-16:00 - Testing for knowledge and practical skills related to the chosen course

Day 2:

9:00-10:00 - Announcement of selection results and interview with candidates

10:00-11:00 - Evaluation of candidates' ability to work in a team

11:00-12:00 - Break

12:00-13:00 - Testing for knowledge and skills in shooting

13:00-14:00 - Lunch

14:00-16:00 - Final exercises and interview with the "Ghosts of Ukraine" team.

REQUIREMENTS:

Ukrainian citizenship and a minimum age of 18 years old are required. Additionally, passing a medical examination and having high physical and psychological endurance is necessary.

REQUIRED EQUIPMENT:

In order to join the training at the military training center "Ghost of Ukraine," the applicant must have appropriate clothing and equipment. Specifically, the applicant should have clothing that provides comfortable conditions during physical exertion and exercise. Such clothing may include sports pants, t-shirts, thermal underwear, as well as sports sneakers or boots with a high degree of foot protection.

In addition, the applicant must have special equipment necessary for performing certain tasks on the courses. Such equipment may include combat knives, ammunition pouches, protective helmets, as well as other protective gear, such as body armor and helmets. Additionally, applicants should carry an individual first aid kit that may be needed in case of injuries during training.
