With respect to our military and civilian partners, I would like to share information about a successfully conducted course on first aid and actions during rocket or air strikes for the employees of the state-owned enterprise "Kyiv Digital". Sixty employees of "Kyiv Digital" took part in the course, demonstrating a high level of interest and active participation during training. The course covered the basic principles of providing first aid and methods of protecting life and health during a rocket or air strike. One of the most important aspects of the course was teaching participants the effective use of medical equipment and protective measures, which are necessary for providing effective medical assistance and protection in case of emergencies. During the course, participants were trained to assess the condition of the victim and provide necessary assistance, including controlling bleeding, burns and scalds, ensuring proper breathing, and alleviating shock. In addition, the training participants were prepared for protection against rocket or air strikes, where basic safety rules, protective equipment, and recommendations for actions in emergency situations were explained. Overall, the training was successful and productive, and the employees of "Kyiv Digital" acquired the necessary knowledge and skills for protection and medical assistance in emergency situations. To perform such actions, it is necessary to possess skills in first aid. Training in such skills is important for anyone who may find themselves in an extreme situation. The course on first aid covered the basic tools that need to be at hand to help oneself and others in emergency situations. An important element of the course was the training on the proper use of tools to stop bleeding, provide resuscitation measures, and other necessary actions. Additionally, participants learned how to behave in the event of a rocket or air strike. The most important thing is to remain calm and act quickly.
